ESPN's Chris Mortensen reported today that Falcons owner Arthur Blank is angry that NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell punished quarterback Michael Vick before the team could work out its own punishment. The league's action yesterday to tell Vick he is not welcome to attend training camp also precluded the Falcons from making any decisions for themselves.
