The Giants opened rookie mini-camp this morning with 59 players on their roster for the weekend, including 36 players who were brought in for a tryout. The group of longshots came from everywhere, too - including three players from powerful Miami, two from tiny Tuskegee, two from colleges I’ve never heard of (Graceland College? Johnson C. Smith?), and even one from Syracuse.
There are technically two spots currently open on the Giants’ official 80-man roster, though those will disappear ...
