CLEVELAND (ESPN.com news services) -- C.C. Sabathia upgraded his Cy Young résumé and Cleveland finished declawing the Detroit Tigers with a 4-2 victory Wednesday that completed a three-game sweep and reduced the Indians' magic number for clinching the AL Central to three. Double great news for Yankee fans also!
