tziller This is good, if only because it's the first sane, workable deal including Kidd and a team he'd like to go to. My only concern would be L.A. balking at giving up every trade asset it was (one of the young PGs, Kwame's contract, Odom) for Kidd. But Joe Smith is a nice inclusion on that tip, and Magloire doesn't hurt. Hmmmm....-
Ben Q. Rock I want Joe Smith. -
tykeenan Good point about the trade assets, but I could see them parting with those pieces with some prodding. This is really well done -- how long did it take to work it out?
That said, it would easily make the Nets the most depressing team in the league.

BullsBlogger how dare you, Nocioni has fire AND passion. and grit.
The trade idea didn't take long, or perhaps too long, depending on how much time you feel should be invested in making up trade scenarios in the first place :)

Ben Q. Rock Odom is an All-Star. Kidd and Magloire are both All-Stars. It's totally fair.

This has been all over the World Wide Web Of Information Superhighways by now,
but I'm linking to it just in case you haven't seen it: Tom Ziller's breakdown

fan, you're loving life. If you're a Bulls fan, who watched a team full of 22
year-olds win 47 games back in 2005, you're probably throwing things. PF: Blog-a-Bull.

... 10. Lamar Odom Will Not Prevent You From Being Destroyed By The Harbinger: That's right. We're nicknaming Al Jefferson the Harbinger from here on out. Because from whence we walks, so doth doom follow. BlogABull thinks the Bulls should nab Odom in a three way swap that sends Kidd to the Lakers. Unfortunately, even if they'd done this trade 10 days ago, it won't stop the Harbinger. He's been unstoppable, magnficent, amazing, a behemoth, and other superlatives. He'll probably lose tonight, because even when we win, we're ...

Blog a Bull —
Sorry to sound like Jimmy 'Feel Good' Boylan, but ya know what? I can't help but believe the Bulls really will make the playoffs this season. As of Tuesday afternoon they're a game out of the 8th seed which is held by New Jersey, a squad that record wise has actually been overachieving (-5.7 point differential to the Bulls -2.8) and has a 'team leader' that wants out. Plus they can't stay this bad, especially if Luol Deng gets back in a somewhat timely fashion. But I suppose more important than the possibility of making the playoffs is that the organization has put up a unanimous front declaring ...
