... is a riser. He’s pitching very well right now at high class A, putting up a 3.08 FIP and striking out over 32% of the hitters he’s faced. The guys over at Saber Scouting did a nice profile of him not too long ago, and there’s a lot to like. Of course, the off field issues raise some significant concerns.
