Three days after the owners of the Seattle SuperSonics filed for arbitration to get out of their lease at KeyArena at the end of the upcoming NBA season, the city of Seattle has filed suit to sue ownership to keep the franchise in Seattle through the 2009-10 season, when the current lease agreement expires [link]
