Several SEC games have been marred by poor calls from the officials . To me, the worst case was in the Florida/Arkansas game, where the conference admitted they screwed up the calls that went against the Hogs to help the Gators. The storyline that has been prevalent throughout the season ...

SEC Referees Blow Another Call, Helping Alabama Against LSU
FanIQ Blog —
... allowed Alabama to score again, instead of giving LSU a chance to take the ball and potentially take the lead.
This has happened for both Alabama and Florida previously this year, and it's starting to get pretty tiresome. I honestly believe that both Florida and Alabama are good enough that they could win legitimately... why do officials continue to blatantly corrupt the games?

First, the most important thing to our Vols fans. Yes, that was an interception. There, you can now blame your 8-4 or 7-5 season on Alabama getting this one call. Or on Fulmer. Or on your personnel. Or any of those ...
Yep. That’s a clean interception.
3sib.com 18 days ago — There has been a commenting frenzy today over at my other post. bamasportsreport.com 17 days ago — Here's an interesting take (admittedly from a Bama blogger) about the interception that was called incomplete in the Alabama-LSU game. LSU / Alabama: The Judgment —
Cap'n Ken's Homespun Wisdom
There will, no doubt, be a lot of griping by LSU fans about the blown call on Patrick Peterson’s 4th-quarter interception. And it’s pretty clear that was a bad call. But if that call would have marked the last best chance LSU had to win this game (and it would have), it’s ...

Cap'n Ken's Homespun Wisdom
Pretty amazing, even for their standards. The Advocate (the Baton Rouge daily, not the national gay newspaper) harps all over the interception denied Patrick Peterson in its post-game coverage of LSU / Alabama today but had not a word – literally, not a single word – about the other ...

Dear Tennessee, LSU, and every other team in the SEC--- Please keep whining. While you're whining, we'll keep winning. Do something to prove that you're better. If you go out and dominate, questionable calls won't matter. And for those that thought it was an interception - the ruling was not ...

This time there is no excuse. LSU flat got jobbed.
Would they have scored on the ensuing possession? Who knows? They should have at least had the opportunity. Patrick Patterson CLEARLY had the ball ...
