Aaron Heilman over his last 22 appearances : IP: 21.2 ERA: 1.66 K: 25 BB: 6 HR: 1 H: 14 OPS against: .552 (.184/.276/.276) Turned a corner much? As horrible as Heilman was through the Mets' first 55 games, he has been pretty awesome over their last 40 games. He's been their best reliever by far over that span. [link]

Much maligned for his terrible start, Heilman has been, as Eric Simon at Amazin Avenue has pointed out, nothing short of dominant lately. Eric also deserves Kudos for his NY Post worthy headline.
