Arlen Specter, who was observing meetings between Matt Walsh and Roger Goodell, says that Goodell is setting a terrible precedent by letting the Patriots get away with cheating.
“If you can cheat in the NFL, you can cheat in college, you can cheat in high school, you can cheat on your grade-school math test,” he said.
