The Newark Star Ledger reported the New Orleans Saints offered a second-round pick and safety Roman Harper for New York Giants tight end Jermey Shockey. The Giants turned it down. The offer was the 40th overall selection (if it was this year's pick they offered) and Harper. If New Orleans plans on prying Shockey from the Giants, they'd better come with a seriously good offer.
