 Should there be change to "testing the waters" rules?
With all these players looking at the NBA, right now there are close to fifty underclassmen "testing the waters", I've been wondering if there should be a change in the way this is done. After having thought about it a while I have to say that yes, I would change some things, but I wouldn't change them all. [link]
