Probably only about two percent of baseball fans could even tell you who won the Comeback Player of the Year award last year (Carlos Pena and Dmitri Young), but there is surely some early competition for it this year. Did you know that Bret Saberhagen, Andres Galarraga, and Rick Sutcliffe won that award two times apiece? That has to be about as bittersweet of a double-award as you can get.

... So Sports Illustrated went out put the Tampa Bay Rays on the cover … a cover which looks a lot like the front of a Comic Book. There’s even a cameo by Bizarro Superman.
