    This will be a real test of Goodells new tough regime. If Vick is found to be guilty of heavy involvement in dogfighting-- a felony in some states-- Goodell has to put his foot down, whether Vick is an icon or not.

      Yep--Goodell is going to have to act.  Blank has clearly demonstrated that he won't go any further than a "direct conversation."
