Our view is that Cutler would have been better off handling the situation behind closed doors.  Maybe he’d previously tried to do so, to no avail. Regardless, the Cutler-Marshall friction is another reason to keep a close eye on the Broncos in 2008.  They could be in danger of imploding. UPDATE:  This item from the Colorado Springs Gazette makes Elway’s remarks a bit more clear.
