The Musings and Prophecies of Metstradamus — ... computer now for about an hour, and I have not been in contact with any worms. And it's the last thing you need to worry about too. Think about it, if someone was going to infect our computers with a worm, you think they would announce it in advance? On April 1st??? No. What I think you need to worry about is somebody telling you that Omar Minaya went and signed Gary Sheffield, or traded David Wright for Michael Bourn, or that Sports Illustrated went and predicted that the Mets would win the World Series. Oh well. In any event, happy April 1st ...

Why is Marlon Anderson on Mets' roster?
SILive: Ya Gotta Believe — ... and just hit a punchless .238 in spring training with 3 RBI. (I'm not buying the "he plays more than one position" rationale either. The last time I saw him at first base, he ran over Ryan Church while wildly chasing a pop-up, leaving his everyday left fielder concussed and on the shelf.) On the bright side, Sports Illustrated has picked the Mets to win the World Series . Ya gotta believe
