Spurs Fans in Competition With Utah Jazz Fans in 'Acting Shamefully' Category
Last week when there was a large amount of hub-hub about Utah Jazz fans being classless, I understood why a lot of people were upset. The guy holding up one eye? Yeah, that guy is pretty clearly a waste of human space. And if the fans were actually chanting "Cancer" at Derek Fisher? Well, then, they've won "Classless Fans of the Year 2008", hands down. But for rooting against a guy who left ... [link]

... respectful for the classless fans at the SBC center who chanted "Horry" when West went down. I love hard basketball, and hard fouls are fine. But when someone gets hurt, that's never something to cheer for. Not everyone in SA is like that, and it was embarrassing to me as someone who always points to the Spurs and my city as having a level of class I'm proud to be associated with. That sucked on the part of our fans. Matt Moore echoes similar sentiments over at FanHouse... Last night, after Robert Horry's "completely clean, ...

Behind the box score, where the Jazz need to watch their hands

Really, it's not supposed to look this easy

Lakers Jazz game three preview

The Lakers head to Utah with a 2-0 lead in their best of seven series. So far the Lakers are undefeated in the play-offs, and are playing with that swagger that borders on over confidence. Other then a decided rebounding edge, Utah didn’t play their best ball in LA and are looking to get it back at home. Home is where they are 37-4, so the Lakers have their work cut out for them.

Big Performance by Boozer Powers Jazz to Victory

Carlos Boozer scored nine straight points for Utah in less than three minutes in the fourth quarter to help the Jazz hold off a late Lakers' rally in game three of their second round series. He finished with 27 points and tied a playoff career-high with 20 rebounds in Utah's 104-99 win.

The Utah Jazz Have Found the LA Lakers’ Weak Link: Jordan Farmar

Phil Jackson has a tough question to answer. It’s with their backup PG, 21-year-old Jordan Farmar, who right now is struggling through perhaps his worst stretch of the season and is getting absolutely abused by the Jazz as soon as he steps foot on the floor. Obviously, it couldn't have come at a worse time.

Lakers-Jazz Game 5 Live Blog

The Lakers will need to do a whole lot more than stand around and watch tonight if they want to get Game 5. The Jazz were able to have their way offensively for two games in Utah, so the Lakers defense will need to step up tonight as the series returns to Los Angeles. Oh yeah, and about Kobe Bryant and his back? He's going to play (of course), but it remains to be seen how much the injury ...

Even after Kobe Bryant did his "You can't stop ...

Game 6 Preview: Lakers vs. Jazz
Tonight in Utah, the Lakers try to end the Jazz’s title hopes by beating them in game six. This will certainly be no easy task, as Utah’s stadium gives the Jazz the best home court advantage in the NBA. There’s No Place Like Home
After opening this series down 0-2, the Utah Jazz have shown the Los Angeles Lakers that home is wonderful place to be. Thoughts at the Midway Mark: The Lakers, the Jazz, Kobe Bryant, and Three Games to Go
