... There are players I like on each of those teams, but overall, that’s two teams that I don’t really like that are playing each other. So I’m not even going to look at that series. Watched the San Antonio/New Orleans game last night at the Roanoke, where they were having some insane drink special--I got a pint of Red Hook Blonde for $2.50. Huh? Some friends commandeered the back room, where we rooted heartily against the evil empire. As the Spurs extended their lead in the third quarter, one guy sunk lower and lower in his seat. "I'm hoping if I hit the floor, the Hornets will come back." As it turned out, they did come back, and if Pargo hits that wide-open three, they'd have tied it.
