I don't know how steeplechase got to be an actual track event.  It looks more like an equestrian event without horses.  And that's fine with me, because I've never seen a horse try to jump over an obstacle then slip and hit its balls on the hurdle.  Although that would be f'n sweet.  So, until Barbaro Jr racks his nuts on a jump, we'll just have to settle for ...
