Michael Strahan has been sitting out of NY Giants training camp. As he is one of their best defensive players, and because he alerted them of this one day before camp was going to start, the organization is in a bit of angst. One side (the organization) feels that this is a ploy for a restructuring of his contract, an offer that was shot down earlier in the year, while he was on the sidelines. [link]
