SU destroys Canisius in first round of NCAA Tourney
Some people say that the Orange went from second seed in the NCAA Men's lacrosse tournament to third because of the loss to Colgate. I wonder what those same people would say of Syracuse (13-2) now, after they beat Canisius (10-6) by the score of 20-3 in the first round of the tourney. [link]

SU and Notre Dame to meet up in quarterfinals
One thing I am pretty certain about is this: the Orange are going to have a harder game this weekend against the Fighting Irish than they did against Canisius. I know that isn't too much of a bold statement, especially when SU beat Canisius 20-3 last weekend. I have to believe that when #3 Syracuse (13-2) and #5 Notre Dame (14-2) meet up tomorrow at 3:00 p.m. EST in the NCAA quarterfinals ...

Syracuse Lacrosse Was An Ungracious Host This Weekend
“If we come out strong in the first five or 10 minutes and show Syracuse that we’re not just there to roll over, they’ll realize they have to play a little harder.
