... The Suns and Lakers went more according to form. Kobe Bryant had 28 in the first half, 39 overall, but the Suns dominated the final 24 minutes and took a 95-87 decision. The Suns trailed by nine at the half because of Kobe and a Suns offense that settled for jumpshots that wouldn't go in the hoop but they both found the range and Amare Stoudemire in the second half to run away with the game. It's probably a blueprint for the rest of the series, lots of Kobe but the better team prevailing at the end.
