Tank Johnson will not have another legal battle to fight after all. Authorities in Gilbert, Ariz., informed Johnson on Thursday morning they have no plans to charge Johnson in connection with a traffic stop for driving at 3:30 a.m. June 22 for speeding and driving while slightly impaired.
