Beijing-bound Team USA features LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade, Chris Paul, Deron Williams and Dwight Howard. Yet a similar roster came in third at worlds in 2006, and NBA-laden teams were barely .500 at the 2004 Olympics and the 2002 worlds. [link]
