Tennessee Titans Sign WR Justin McCareins
As August West mentioned, the Tennessee Titans have agreed to terms with Justin McCareins.  The package is 1 year and worth about $1 million. McCareins has put some decent numbers and shown the potential to be a good receiver.  Does this signing get me excited?  Not really.  McCareins is a nice player, but he is at best a band-aid on the problem.  He doesn't make this ...
