Charles Spencer, who has been moved from tackle to guard while he continues to recover from surgery on his leg in 2006, participated in individual drills on the first day of the minicamp. "He did everything that doesn't pertain to where he may end up getting tangled up with somebody," Texans coach Gary Kubiak said. "He's making great progress.
