The list takes into account on and off the field/court/course earnings, including salary, bonuses, endorsements and appearance fees, and is made up primarily of basketball players. LeBron James, Shaquille O’Neal, Kevin Garnett, Kobe Bryant, and Allen Iverson crack the top ten. Dwyane Wade, Dwight Howard, Tracy McGrady, Tim Duncan, Stephon Marbury, Jason Kidd, and Jermaine O’Neal round out the top twenty.
