Great read, but what's to be done? Does anyone have an idea on how we can send the message to these types that we know they are the "worst people in the world"? Fan boycots and the like never do anything. We need a way to corner these people into having to explain themselves and admit how truly horrible they are.

Keep pokin' them in the eye! Would like to recommend two chapters pertaining to baseball, on how George Steinbrenner and George W Bush stole their wealth from the people, in this book: Free Lunch: How the Wealthiest Americans Enrich Themselves at Government Expense (and Stick You with the Bill) by David Cay Johnston. If you're a Republican, buy the book; if a Democrat, go to the bookstore and read it, or check it outta the library!

As an area resident and Nationals fan, that was one of the most satisfying reads I've had in a long time.  Our Opening Day starter for the new ballpark?  Odalis Perez.  Our payroll for the new era?  Still below what it was when MLB ran it by committee.  Ticket prices?  If you have to ask about price, you're probably going to wind up squeezed in the $20 upper level seats at the outfield ends.  The Nats are absolutely the worst franchise in MLB by a country mile.  And if Jim Bowden brings aboard another failed ex-Red, there might be a riot outside his (unfinished) offices.
