Those cancellations make later schedules miserable, the Mariners and Indians are going to have to find shared off-days that find Seattle close enough to Cleveland and will burn pitchers in doubleheaders that are totally unnecessary. And that's not nearly as bad as angering fans who bought tickets to a weekend series in April and instead will need to find a way to get to a Monday or Thursday doubleheader instead. The Indians are doing their best to make up for the inconvenience, though. On April 14th, assuming the snow doesn't cancel the proceedings, they have a promotion scheduled that's sure to put some smiles upon the frostbitten faces of Clevelanders.
