... A month ago, the buzz around the league was that Malcolm Kelly could be the first receiver off the board. After a long wait and high expectations from draftniks, Kelly’s workout for scouts last week didn’t go well with some bad 40 yard dash times. At the event, Kelly threw the Oklahoma strength & conditioning staff under the bus, which wasn’t looked on too favorably by media and scouts.
