Like Jay-Z, RaptorsHQ has a Blueprint I and II. In part I, Howland laid down a solid framework and looked at dealing TJ Ford. In part II, Franchise goes in another direction?

Chris Duhon would be tops on my list but Toronto doesn’t have a lot of loot to go around and there are other areas that need to be addressed.
