Different month, same results. Ian Kennedy couldn't make it past the fifth, reliever Jonathan Albaladejo wasn't much better and and the middle of the Tiger lineup combined to go 7 for 13 with five RBIs as Detroit doubled up the Yanks 8-4 on a rainy night in the Bronx. The Bombers jumped out to an early lead for the second straight night, but allowed Nate Robertson to regain his bearings as he earned his first victory of the year.
