Last year there was Matt Ryan, and so the Atlantic Coast Conference could say they had a top notch quarterback among its players. But now, with Ryan in the NFL trying to fix the mess called the Atlanta Falcons, this season the ACC doesn't have a star QB to show off to the rest of the college world. And that is why for North Carolina this could be a great year.
