After losing 0-3 to the Cubs on Tuesday (a rare game at GABP with no homeruns) the Redlegs put together some day game dominance for a 9-0 victory on Wednesday. Edinson Volquez supplied the pitching and struck out 10. His 1.04 ERA is best in the NL and second best in baseball. The offense came from a variety of sources; the Reds had 7 homers.
