Josh Beckett went 7 strong innings and Kevin Youkilis hit his 3rd home run in 2 days to help the lead the Boston Red Sox past the Detroit Tigers 5-1 in front of 38,952 at Comerica Park. The Red Sox took 3-of-4 games in this series and finished up the season 5-2 against the Tigers.
