Choosing the MVP, geometrically

It's possible to conceptualize player value as effort x ability, which translates into team wins. This graphic depicts a metric called Winshares, which aims to estimate player value in terms of the number of wins they've contributed to their team total--it picks Chris Paul as the MVP, followed by Kobe Bryant.
