Magglio Ordonez hit a pair of homers and Curtis Granderson hit his first of the season to help the Tigers extend their winning streak to a season-high four games with an 8-2 win over the Rangers before an announced crowd of 39,058 at Comerica Park.

Curtis Granderson's leadoff homer kick started another outpouring of runs ultimately leading to a 8-2 Detroit victory and a three-game series sweep of the Texas Rangers. The Tigers are 2-0 in P.G. era of 2008.
