Tigers President/general manager Dave Dombrowski said the team has yet to decide who will pitch the fifth game of the second half, one week from today in Kansas City. But he made it clear that Class A Lakeland right-hander Rick Porcello, the organization's top pitching prospect, is not a candidate to make that start.
