Indiana Tight End, Blake Powers was arrested, Monday night, for throwing a water balloon from one car to another. The guy who he hit with the balloon turned out to be an off-duty police officer, Paul Wampler. Wampler followed Powers and 2 other friends, from his car. The report says when Wampler stopped them, Powers admitted to throwing the balloon. All four car occupants tested negative for ... [link]
