It’s come to this for Tim Floyd: Out of coaching, Herm’s Perm and SBNation tells us that Floyd was recently seen hanging out at a crappy casino foodcourt on a lonely stretch of highway hours outside of Los Angeles. And then this happened:
There’s got to be an explanation for this. Perhaps he was there by design, getting primed for a cameo as Ron Artest’s personal coach?

... I have little to add to this video, except to say thank you to the person who shot the video. This is such a bizarre, surreal scene. A bunch of women fighting in a casino, and naturally, why wouldn't Tim Floyd -- the ex-USC coach -- be there to step in and break things up? And when that woman picked up the chair? Well, that was pretty much the high point of my day. Catch everyone on Wednesday.

... Floyd is out of work, but at least the former USC coach is keeping busy. Floyd is spotted in this video breaking up a fight, said to be at the Morongo Casino, which is about two hours east of Los Angeles and near Palm Springs. You'll see him enter the screen from the right. Not sure when the video was shot, but Floyd was lucky another man stepped in. Otherwise he would have been smashed over the head with a chair.
