Tim Hardaway Doesn't Hate Gay People Anymore (flag)
www.sportsbybrooks.com — A year after telling the world he hates gay people, Tim Hardaway made a return appearance on Dan Le Batard's radio show. Coming back to the scene of his hate crime, Hardaway says he's gone through counseling, and admits he was wrong about his comments. As for his new stance on the gay community, Timmy says, "They are people. We should treat them as people."

I would rather him tell me and let me take care of that situation, you know, in the locker room, so we could live as a family. Just don’t go out after your career’s over and say it. Tell me while you’re there, and then I’ll be able to deal with it there.”

How do you start that conversation?  "Hey Tim, your sweaty nudity just reminded me of something . . ."
