Apparently, some waiter had mistakenly read the receipt, inferring that LeBron had left him chump change. To clear up the misunderstanding, LeBron put down the world's smallest violin and arranged for an appropriate tip to be delivered to the restaurant. Solid.

Obviously, when news like this comes out the blogs are all over it. Deadspin among many others picked up the story. Well, apparently it was all just one big misunderstanding. A representative for LeBron said he left the "appropriate tip", but the server misread it. Really? If I were waiting on anyone who spent 800 bucks and I thought they tipped me $10, you better believe I would be looking at every ink drop on that bill. ...
