Jevon Kearse of the Philadelphia Eagles was arrested and served with a DUI early Sunday morning according to ESPN.com.
Kearse was pulled over after a traffic stop close to the campus of Vanderbilt University. Kearse's SUV was apparently swerving "several times"across the road while well over the speed limit when campus police pulled the SUV over.
"Immediately I noticed he had red watery eyes, slurred speech, and an
obvious odor of alcohol coming from his breath" according to Officer
James Hicks.
