Big League Stew — As I scan Tuesday's newspapers, it would appear that Monday redefined the term "slow news day." The New York Times had a story on the Phillies arriving by train in Penn Station, just as the team in 1950 did.  The Philadelphia Daily News ran a "Red Hot and Sexy Phillies" story that was an insult to female baseball fans. The New York Post did the traditional "that other town sucks" column, only it was pumped full of steroids.  Finally, the New York Daily News won the feelgood story of the day ...
