2009 Offseason: Part 1

As it stands right now the Reds are 11 games out of 1st in the central, and 8 out of the wild card. I think its safe to say there is little chance (2.2% if you are into computer predictions) of the playoffs this year unless they go on a ridiculous run soon. Regardless I'm going to get into what the future holds for this team. Here is part 1 of what to expect in the upcoming offseason.
