Joel Pineiro, who won 30 games for the Mariners in 2002-03 may finally have found his old touch. He's 4-1 with a 3.24 ERA for the Cardinals this year. He faces red hot Red Johnny Cueto, second in the NL with a 1.65 ERA, in this NL Central showdown.
