Sweed gets the highest grade in a weak WR class because he’s done the very most with his collegiate career. As a freshman, he started in a run first offense behind redshirt Freshman QB, Vince Young. As Young got more responsibility in the offense in 2005 when Texas won the National Championship, it was Sweed that broke out as Texas’ top receiving target. [link]
