The asskickery continues... The Women completed the season with their second straight Big East title on Sunday. After a 22-7 manhandling (or I suppose it would be womanhandling) of Rutgers on Friday, the Orange met Georgetown in the finals. Senior Day is usually that one game that you truly want to leave a positive lasting impression. Each time I think of that day I'm reminded of the movie "Rudy" and what the coach says just before the game.

In the Coaches Poll, the SU Men's Lacrosse team were #1 most of the season but recently slipped to #2 behind Duke. According to the Media, they're #2, barely, again behind Duke. In both cases, they're ahead of Virginia. So why then is it possible that the Orange may be looking at a #3 seed in the NCAA Tournament?
