So here is something that could generate some fun discussion during this long 4 th of July weekend. The folks at Rivals.com have tried to put together a ranking of best schools based on the combination of successful football, basketball, and baseball program . Here is the formula they used :

It was brought to my attention by Bruins Nation that Rivals.com recently ranked college athletics programs based upon their combined success at baseball, basketball and football.
