Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan , the No. 3 pick in the April draft, had a breakthrough game in a 27-24 victory Sunday at Green Bay. Ryan has played well at home, producing a 127.5 passer rating in victories over woeful Detroit and Kansas City, but he had struggled on the road. ... For the first time, Devin Hester looked like a receiver who also returns kicks. Marty Booker had the play of the day with a one-handed catch for 30 yards.
