Two charged in death of UNC mascot Jason Ray
Two men were arrested and charged Thursday for the accident that eventually killed Jason Ray, the 21-year-old former University of North Carolina mascot, who was in New Jersey as the Tar Heels played in the NCAA East Regional.

    Its good to see that the people who committed this crime of hit and run. It qon't bring Jason back but it lets those who commit crimes know your life is over now as well.

    It's a sad story all around. Tragic for Jason's parents to lose their son and then not know for a year what happened. But I can understand how the 52 yo passenger tried to claim that he was driving. I'm not saying it was right, but no one wants to see their child go to prison for an accident.
